FitterEater provides AI-generated nutritional and fitness guidance for informational and educational purposes only. This is NOT medical advice, and the service is NOT a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.

FitterEater is not operated by, and does not employ or contract, licensed physicians, dietitians, nutritionists, personal trainers, physical therapists, or any other regulated health professionals. All nutritional estimates, workout suggestions, daily coaching insights, and target recommendations are generated by artificial intelligence based on general guidelines and the data you provide.

AI-generated content may be inaccurate, incomplete, or inappropriate for your individual circumstances. Calorie and macro estimates from meal photos are approximations and should not be relied upon for medical dietary requirements. Exercise suggestions do not account for injuries, disabilities, or pre-existing conditions.

Always consult a qualified healthcare professional before starting or modifying any diet, exercise, or supplementation program — especially if you are pregnant, nursing, have a medical condition, or are taking medication.

By using FitterEater, you acknowledge that you use the service at your own risk. FitterEater, its developers, and its affiliates accept no liability for any injury, health complication, adverse effect, or loss arising from reliance on AI-generated content provided through the app.

All AI processing, and any cloud storage used for Cloud Sync, take place within the European Union. Your data never leaves EU infrastructure.

Account & Access

• You must be at least 16 years old to use FitterEater.
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account.
• One account per person. Do not share your account credentials.

Subscriptions

• FitterEater offers free and paid (Pro) tiers.
• Pro subscriptions auto-renew at the end of each billing period unless cancelled.
• Cancel at any time through your App Store or Google Play Store settings.
• Refunds are handled by Apple or Google according to their respective policies.
• Pro features become unavailable when your subscription expires.

Your Data

• You retain ownership of all data you create in FitterEater.
• You can export your data at any time as a JSON backup file (delivered as a ZIP).
• Pro users can enable optional Cloud Sync to back up and sync their data across devices. If Pro lapses, synced data is retained for 60 days and then deleted; your local copy is unaffected. See the Privacy Policy for what is stored and for how long.
• You can delete your account and all associated data at any time.

Acceptable Use

• Do not reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code.
• Do not use automated tools to access the service or make excessive API calls.
• Do not attempt to bypass usage limits or subscription restrictions.

Limitation of Liability

FitterEater is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the service, including but not limited to health outcomes based on AI-generated suggestions. You use FitterEater at your own risk.

Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of FitterEater after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
